SOGO Playground
Taiwan’s department stores are great for little kids and mothers because they almost all have a play area for children on the children’s floor as well a staffed room dedicated solely for parents to change diapers and nurse in private. The first one we went to was I believe in the SOGO department store. It’s either them or the Shinkong Mitsukoshi. They’re right next to each other in Kaohsiung and I can’t remember exactly which one it was so I’m sticking with SOGO. =)
